The units are themed, new-fashioned with bathroom and very comfy bed.

The location is marvellous, 2 miles from The Mall. It provides good restaurant nearby.

Fairly clean hotel in a nice building close enough to Midtown, the 5th, garment district. Themed rooms with exceptional views! What a pleasant location near Times Square! Besides, excellant for visiting New York Public Library.

Greatly enjoyed our empire king room with 1 open suitcase and very comfortable large bed. The stuff was very helpful, some of them especially. The location was good and unbeatable, not too far away from A 102-Story Art Deco Skyscraper.

fantastic access to bryant park and empire state building

I loved how I could easily walk to Bryant Park in less than a 5-minute stroll, and the Empire State Building was just a short 500-meter walk away. The location enhanced my weekend in the city as I explored both landmarks without any hassle. As a solo traveler, the convenience of nearby subway stations made navigating New York super easy and fun.

A Cautionary Experience

Checked in for a birthday getaway and faced numerous issues. Despite a long trip, there was no room ready upon arrival. The bed bug encounter topped it off, leading to a brief interaction with management who offered a refund, but no sincere apology. Be cautious!

Rooftop bar offers amazing views of the Empire State Building. The room was too dark, making it hard to see. Happy hour vibes at the bar were nice after a day out. Location near Times Square is perfect for exploring.

The room had a fine view of the Empire State Building. Comfortable bedding made for good sleep. The rooftop bar was excellent, perfect for a nightcap after a day of exploring. The room lighting felt too dim, a bit frustrating at times. I also found the bathroom door wouldn't stay open. Maintenance seemed quick but could use better communication regarding air conditioning issues.

Family reprieve with some hiccups

We had a comfy bed which was perfect after long days. On one night, we enjoyed the rooftop bar with a amazing view of the Empire State Building, it.

Had a blast munching on local gems like Cibo Midtown just across the street and Junior's famous cheesecake not too far. The vibe at the lobby bar was totally chill too, perfect after a day of exploring. Plus, it's all in a killer location that's hard to beat!

The room was way too dark, and the maintenance crew decided to play with the AC right when I needed it most-hello summer heat! The dust bunnies had formed an army. Not a great look for a NYC hotel.

Hendricks provides an really good location that makes it easy to access key business areas in New York. The room wasnice and neat. The staff was professional and attentive, assisting me promptly with any requirements I had throughout my stay.

The room was cozy yet a bit cramped. I had an issue with the bathroom vent. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to Times Square, and the staff was helpful in making our stay enjoyable.

The rooftop views are excellent. The location is prime, just steps from major attractions.

Our King Beautiful room was switched to a Queen in a lower area than advertised. The room itself was cramped, the cleanliness left something to be desired with dust in corners and even some forgotten items left behind. The shower floor was particularly hazardous. The promise of free morning coffee turned into confusion over ticket requirements, which seemed like a letdown amid an otherwise enjoyable stay.

Staying at hendricks was fantastic! The location was perfect, just steps away from times square and the metro. We loved that the hotel restaurant shared my daughter's name. The staff were friendly, especially the bartender who connected with my daughter. The empire state king room was spacious, had a fine view, and was super comfortable.
